Made from a blend of aluminium and polyethylene, our insulated container liners are specially designed to fit in a 20’ or 40’ container. Once installed, moisture absorbers are placed inside the thermal liners before the cargo is added to ensure that all moisture remnants are absorbed.
Weather Protection
Alongside maintaining a stable temperature, MSC’s thermal container liners also offer weather protection. By shielding your cargo from direct exposure to the elements and creating a consistent internal environment, your cargo is protected from any conditions that may impact its quality.

Reduced Condensation
During the vacuum sealing process of thermal liner installation, an ‘air gap’ is created between the container walls and your cargo. This lowers any potential condensation occurring during transportation, which in turn reduces the risk of moisture damaging your cargo while in transit.
Air Removal
Beyond this, MSC’s thermal container liners are also fitted with a special valve that is designed to remove the air between your cargo and our thermal liners. Particularly useful when shipping food or other sensitive goods, the removal of air helps eliminate moisture within the container and keeps your cargo fresh for longer.
