Ben Collins, MSC's Global Project Cargo Manager

MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, a global leader in transportation and logistics, will take part in the BreakbulkONE webinar on ocean carriage on 30 September, underscoring a longstanding commitment to providing dedicated project cargo solutions.

Ben Collins, global project cargo manager, will discuss during a panel on “Cargoes, hotspots; and the road ahead” on how MSC has adapted to the challenging operating environment of 2020 and has continued to support shippers of large, heavy and out-of-gauge cargo pieces.

Based at MSC’s headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, Ben has two decades of experience within MSC. He leads the company’s dedicated team of project cargo specialists around the world who have continued to offer direct, regular and personal contact with customers, throughout the pandemic this year, as well as being flexible and agile to support shippers with bespoke solutions.

Building on five decades of carrying oversized cargo, MSC is the first carrier company to take part in this digital series of Breakbulk events, which is replacing a number of physical trade fairs this year.
